1. Pricing Principles: Fees are determined based on the scope of work, scale, and specific nature of each project. Investment opportunities or projects published on the website are for reference only and do not constitute an offer to enter into a contract. 2. Additional Costs: Costs outside the original agreed scope (such as site surveys, government fees, expert fees, translation) will be notified in advance and charged only upon agreement.
1. Methods & process: Payments are made via bank transfer or official electronic methods per instructions. DCOMPASS confirms transactions and issues legal invoices accordingly. 2. Risk control & security: DCOMPASS reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions showing signs of fraud or abnormality. DCOMPASS protects payment data and never requests bank passwords or OTP codes.

DCOMPASS may refuse or terminate services if the customer breaches payment obligations, provides false information, or requests unlawful acts. 2. Refund policy: (i) If work has not commenced and refund conditions are met: The corresponding amount will be refunded. (ii) If partially performed: Refunds are calculated after deducting fees for completed work and non-recoverable reasonable costs incurred.
