Project Overview
Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) retrofitting and high-density rack deployment (50kW/rack) in Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
Project Challenge
Retrofitting existing brownfield facilities to accommodate heavy liquid-cooled GPU clusters exceeding 2,000 kg/sqm floor load with target PUE < 1.25.
DCOMPASS Approach
Conducted end-to-end structural floor reinforcement audits, designed closed-loop CDU coolant distribution units, and integrated dynamic thermal monitoring.
Project Outcome
Successful equipment installation and commissioning of initial 15MW AI compute capacity with verified PUE of 1.22.
